At Little Clada Threads, we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, holidays or product launches.

Ireland Shipping

We offer tracked delivery throughout Ireland via An Post.

Estimated delivery time:

• 1–2 business days after dispatch

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected countries. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on destination and local courier services.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties or taxes that may apply.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by couriers, customs or unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. 

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@littlecladathreads.ie. We will do our best to amend the address before your order has been dispatched.

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes to the delivery address.

Little Clada Threads is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:
